The following are some of the common issues when encountering technical difficulties. Please check this list before you contact our Technical Support staff.

QUESTION: My Username and Password will not work. What do I do?
ANSWER: The Usernames and Passwords used by ShowMeCam.com logo are case-sensitive. Please be sure that you do not have your CAPS LOCK key in the on position and that you are entering the correct Username and Password. After you try these suggestions, if you still are not able to access the Member, center or classroom pages, please drop us a line utilizing our Technical Support form and a member of our Technical Support staff will re-set your password and notify you of the change.

QUESTION: The video of my child's room is distorted in AOL. What do I do?
ANSWER: In order to view the video at the best quality possible, you need to have your graphics compression set correctly for viewing.

  1. Go to the Web and under My AOL, on the top menu, select Preferences.
  2. Select the WWW icon.
  3. Select the Web Graphics tab.
  4. Uncheck "Use compressed graphics" and then click Apply.
  5. Under the WWW icon, select the General tab.
  6. Click the Delete Files button (you do not need to check the "delete subscription content" box).
  7. Click OK and then OK.
  8. Return to the Web browser window and click on the Refresh icon (the circular clockwise arrow icon at the top left) to get improved video and graphics!

Please be sure that you have gone through the list first before you contact our Technical Support staff. Please include (1) your name, (2) your daycare center ID number, (3) the room in which your child is enrolled and (4) and your browser information (i.e., Netscape 4.73, 6.0, etc or Internet Explorer 5.0, 6.0, etc.).
